The key to understanding where your thoughts come from.
Changing your brainwaves causes subtle changes in awareness that you cannot pinpoint. We don’t notice these changes and, instead, ascribe them to our circumstances, projecting our awareness onto the world that we’re aware of.
We cast blame or give credit in the world that we bring into focus. Riding on top of our logic, we take what we remember for granted, and overlook our role in making sense. It is our basic habit of control that becomes a limit to our self-control.
Much of the fiction that we cannot change who we are comes from our limited ability to recognize ourselves. Brainwave training changes that. It gives us the ability to change who we are.
