How to build-in satisfaction?
Entrepreneurs are curious and solution-focused. They tend to be innovators and risk-takers. Psychotherapists are social and structure-focused. They’re risk averse and are attracted to structures and solutions.
These differences keep the two apart, but each would be well-served if they better understand these differences. This is evident in my talk with Micheal Lee, whose focus is business building, but whose curiosity was peaked by my work as a hypnotherapist.
