Mind and Body
This is one of a suite of mind-body audios I’ve recorded for the organs of your body.
If you’re a paying subscriber, then this is the FULL 27-minute, self-hypnosis audio titled “The Kidney’s Fine Structure.” If you’re a free subscriber it’s the audio’s FIRST HALF. In either case, this audio will make you sleepy and degrade your reactions. It might put you to sleep. So …
Do not listen to this audio if you are driving a car, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your attention!
Since your subconscious can better communicate and collaborate with you body than your conscious mind, I hope you can improve your kidneys’ functions by simply listening to this recording.
This would be important if your kidneys were functioning poorly, but it may be just as important for maintaining good function in the long run.
Habits
Human beings develop habits over their lifetimes. We acquire most of our habits while we’re young, and these habits get entrenched as we age. We might assume the habits we learn improve our function and health, but that depends on our being aware of what healthy function means. But either because we’re insensitive or indifferent, we develop poor habits.
I created my mind-body suite of audios to improve your awareness of the connection between your mind and body. If you are developing this connection, then these audio may help you develop a stronger, more resilient relationship. If you are afflicted by a disease or dysfunction, these audios may help you heal.
The best way to understand what I’m talking about is to listen to this audio file. Listen to it several times, until it no longer interests you. At that point, you’ve got it!
